Royal Canadian Legion will be setting up the fence for the beer garden around Kitchen #1.
Honey contest is set to go. Three judges have been chosen. 1st place receives $150, 2nd place receives $50 and 3rd place receives $25. All honey is retained by RRVAS and will be auctioned off. Proceeds will go back into the future honey competitions.
Gate admission is a Good Will Offering – signs will be posted and Board members will be manning the gates.

Membership Fees for 2020 will not be held over to 2021. Membership fees are to be paid annually regardless of cancellation of the fair. Membership is $10 and can be obtained by contacting Laura Haglin. Membership is required to exhibit at the fair. Donations are also gladly accepted.

Hannah Anderson will be singing at the Queen Crowning (Thursday) and the Mini King & Queen Contest (Saturday). Hannah is a local singer from Fort Frances. She released her first single, Where Ever You Are, in February and has recently released her second single, Head Up.
Dom’s Inflatable Bouncy Castles have been confirmed. They will be bringing 4 castles and will have disposable socks for sale in case bouncers forget their socks at home.
Fair Games featuring Fair Queen Royalty are in the works. They are planning some fun, old-fashioned fair games such as water balloons, potato sack races, relay races, etc.
Exhibition Hall hours have changed to 3-830 pm on Wednesday for accepting entries. The Secretary will be at the grounds starting Wednesday if you want to pick up tags. Best to get them when you come to enter your exhibit.
Lou’s Sweet Treats will be on the grounds selling ice cream, chips, chocolate, bars and much more.
COVID SAFETY RULES apply to all areas at the Fairgrounds. Physical distancing of at LEAST 6 feet or 2 meters from anyone that is not in your household at all times.
DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR MASK! If you cannot physical distance outdoors then masks must be worn. Masks must be worn at all times while indoors (Exhibition Hall, Arena, Washroom, Barns, etc.). Anytime you are in an enclosed area or under a roof, masks must be worn if you cannot physical distance from others.
